Dummies were hurled down the slopes of Phoenix Ski Hill at the 15th Annual Dummy Downhill contest at the Spring Fling over the weekend. This year there were 15 entries, including several Minion characters, an Easter-themed sled with flying candy and a jet-propelled skier.

Fire insurance rates for Grand Forks' North Fork residents won’t be going up thanks to seven new firefighting recruits.
