Dan Van Do was sentenced to 18 months in prison followed by two years of probation on Monday for assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and uttering threats.

The Beaver Lodge Land Trust Committee wants School District 72 to return the McPhedran School property to the Crown to restore it to the Beaver Lodge Lands.
