On Tuesday Dec. 2, 2014 at 5:55 a.m., the Burns Lake RCMP was dispatched to a single vehicle roll over collision on Hwy. 16.

Work on the Hwy. 16 sinkhole near Topley wrapped up mid July of this year. For approximately 10 weeks Hwy. 16 had alternating traffic.
