A 32-year-old Campbell River woman was driving the white pickup that was heavily damaged after it went off the east side of the road and rolled into a wooded area. Then, across the road, a Toyota car, driven by a 41-year-old Royston man, went into the west ditch. Both drivers escaped uninjured, according to Campbell River RCMP.
