Realtor Chris Fenton was honoured with the Royal LePage Chairman’s Club award for 2017. The Royal LePage Chairman’s Club is awarded to the top one percent of realtors across the country. It is the first time that a Port Alberni real estate agent has been honoured with this prestigious award. Making the achievement more extraordinary is the fact that the Alberni Valley is a relatively small market, with average sale prices far below that which is common in major Canadian cities.
While the Royal LePage Chairman’s Club is an individual award that generally goes to team leaders, it is also a recognition of the excellence that each member of The Fenton Team bring to the real estate industry on Vancouver Island, according to a press release. http://www.justlistedalberni.ca or call 250-723-8786
