Furniture stores team up for closeout
Their Langford Parkway space targeted for a new Quality Foods location, Sandy’s Furniture and Ashley Furniture Homestores are joining forces, hoping to clear out all their stock by this fall. The sale of the properties, known as the Langford Furniture Park, to Vancouver business icon Jim Pattison’s company was announced in early June. The Qualicum-based grocery chain will move into the 60,000-square-foot Ashley space next May.
