Dynamic chef duo Maria and Bernard Grand Clément present Café Tasse – a charming, chic and intimate café opening today, May 14, in the Prestige Harbourfront Resort.
The Café Tasse menu will feature authentic French-style cuisine including pastries, soups, salads and Breton-style savory buckwheat galettes and sweet crêpes originating from northern France, traditionally made with organic flours. The menu will celebrate simple ingredients sourced locally from artisan specialists including Little Red Hen Artisan Bakery, Terroir Cheese and D Dutchmen Dairy.
