CEFA (Core Education and Fine Arts) junior kindergarten in South Surrey celebrated its grand opening at 100-5446 152 St. on March 7.
On hand for the occasion were Surrey Coun. Mike Starchuk, Surrey-Newton MLA Harry Bains, Surrey-Panorama MLA Marvin Hunt, CEO Natacha Beim, and franchise partner April Kennedy with her daughters Alexandra and Natasha.
