Tourism Vancouver Island brought tourism businesses together for its 52nd Annual Conference & AGM held Tuesday to Thursday at Painter’s Lodge.

This three-day event provided tourism business, suppliers, educators and government with a wealth of professional development and networking opportunities.

Attracting over 150 attendees, including keynote speakers and workshop presenters, the event was expected to inject $78,000 into the local economy.

The event kicked off with a reception Tuesday evening (pictured on this page) at the Tyee Spit that coincided with the famous Tyee Club’s last night of its season.
