For one night only, the Eagle’s Eye Restaurant is inviting the community up to the restaurant for dinner to enjoy the amazing view, with some Alexander Keith’s brew.
Booked pretty much solid with weddings throughout the summer, this event on Aug. 30 will be your only chance to spend an evening at Canada’s most elevated dining experience.
“It’s going to be a four-course meal paired with the beer…Hopefully it will be a fantastic evening for the sunset as well,” said Marcus Molfenter.
Eagle’s Eye does a brewmaster’s event every summer with a different beer to add something a little different for their guests.
“It gives us a different clientele, and beer is pretty inviting for the summer time.”
Alexander Keith’s brews will include two new Hop Ales, just introduced by the brewery this summer – Hallertauer Hop Ale and Cascade Hop Ale. The four-course meal will feature fresh, seasonal ingredients chosen to compliment the diverse selection of Keith’s products.
Tickets are presale only, and $85, or $75 for designated drivers. There are 90 tickets available, and they include the gondola ride, tax, and gratuity.
“I expect it to sell out, especially since it’s the Friday of the long weekend,” said Molfenter.
