Langley chamber talks business succession

Passing down a family business is the focus of a meeting.

This month’s meeting of the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce will host speakers who have been involved in business succession planning.

With a small or family business, how does the handover to the next generation of owners take place when the founders retire?

Talking about successful successions will be Daryl Kruger of On Line Collision, Dana Matheson of Matheson Ventures, and Marilyn Morgan of JD Farms Specialty Turkey Store.

The meeting will be held Tuesday, Sept. 20 at the Cascades Casino. Networking starts at 5 p.m. and presentations and dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Chamber members pay $35 and non-members $50.
