Last chance to own a piece of paradise in the Eastern Hillsides!

Final phase of Elk Creek Estates is now selling, with many happy families already home-sweet-home

On a quiet street, surrounded by trees and next to a mountain stream, there’s a house. Big enough for the whole family, with room for a garden and space to park your boat, camper or quad. The neighbours are there already — a retired couple who go for walks every morning and host the grandkids most weekends so they can practice riding their bikes on the cul-de-sac. It’s a new community, but already close-knit and family-focused. And you can live there.

The final phase of Elk Creek Estates is now selling, and just a few properties remain. All are single-family homes, and many include a basement suite for supplement rental income or multigenerational families. Are you ready to move in?

A developer you can trust

From Elk Creek Estates in the Eastern Hillsides it’s a short drive to the Chilliwack Community Forest for an afternoon hike or mountain bike. For a rigorous challenge and panoramic Fraser Valley views, climb nearby Gloria Peak. Work remotely from home when you can, and then hop onto the TransCanada for the occasional meeting at the office.

The first phase of the Elk Creek Estates began selling in 2014, and Chilliwack’s Westbow Construction is now selling the final properties of Phase Six.

“We build an average of 200 homes a year and have established a deep-rooted reputation for quality across the industry,” says Brendan Robinson, Creative Director for Westbow Construction. “Having our head-office in Chilliwack means we know how the community works and what it needs, and the continued support from residents throughout the development on Elk Creek Estates is proof of that.”

Home features

Westbow’s designers have created multiple stunning floor plans to choose from. Four-bedroom, three-bathroom executive homes with an open-concept main floor living area and bedrooms upstairs; three-bedroom, three-bathroom homes with a large bonus room and a walk-out basement. Homes have a finished area between 2,200 and 2,500 square feet, with an extra thousand square feet when you include a spacious, unfinished basement.

“Each home at Elk Creek Estates has unique exterior characteristics, making it one-of-a-kind, just like your family,” Robinson says.
