Looking for work? South Okanagan Events Centre hosts job fair

Over 100 positions are available to be filled across a number roles

If you’ve ever dreamed of working at a Penticton Vees games or concert, now is your chance.

The South Okanagan Events Centre is hosting a job fair starting Wednesday (Aug. 18) to fill over 100 jobs for the return of hockey, live music and other entertainment.

“With the return of events means the return of our hardworking part-time workforce,” SOEC general manager Dean Clarke said.

The fair will be open for three days, Aug. 18 and 19 for anyone interested in working in food and beverage and on Aug. 26 for those wanting to work within operations.

All three days run from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
