Heidi Lussi of Re/Max Vernon has been awarded the certified negotiation expert designation by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI).
The certificate is earned by real estate professionals who successfully complete formal negotiation training from the institute. The training is aimed at helping agents obtain better results in both the selling and buying of homes for their clients.
Some of the fundamentals covered by the institute include communicating effectively to uncover more information, helping clients understand their options, working collaboratively with others, and resolving deadlocks.
