“Helping older dogs enjoy life” – that is the slogan for a growing online business at DogQuality.com, which markets products manufactured in 100 Mile House.

From her award-winning Dogger canine stroller to her Washable Wonders dog diapers that folks “depend” on for managing their pet’s incontinence – DogQuality founder/CEO Ann-Marie Fleming says she now employs six people, and plans to hire more soon.

“The job creation is a big part of our excitement and moving to a bigger facility [recently] allows us to continue to expand … we will be introducing some more jobs soon.”

While Ann-Marie developed and markets her products for senior dogs, they are helpful for any dogs with mobility and incontinence issues, she notes.

“It is very serious, and very important. We help people from all walks of life and all over the world … that love of dogs is sort of an ultimate equalizer.”

Everyone she hires must understand the importance of these products to the people who depend on them for their beloved pets – and this appreciation is the best way to ensure both the quality and the delivery times for their customers.

“We sell hope is what we do. So if we don’t deliver on it, to me, that is that hardest thing.”

Her company ships products to customers across the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and the United States, as well as throughout Canada.

“I truly believe we are making a difference in the world. We hear it on a daily basis that we are changing lives … it can make a world of difference for families.”
