Two Nanaimo Realtors are among the nominees for this year’s Realtors Care Awards hosted by the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board.
Ian Thompson and Rob Grey are among eight Island realtors nominated for the award, which recognizes Realtors who contribute to the communities they live and work in both financially and with hours of their time.
On Feb. 24, VIREB is hosting its 60th anniversary celebration and the annual awards.
The event will also honour the Realtor of the Year – an individual who has made significant contributions to the real estate industry and VIREB.
Joanne Millar, Harmony Dyck, Jim Gordon, Rob Phillips, Kevin Clayton and Rui Widdershoven are also nominated for the Realtors Care Awards.
VIREB represents more than a thousand Realtor members in more than 80 member jurisdictions on the Island north of the Malahat.
