Registration underway for corporate challenge

Proceeds benefit Power to Be Adventure Therapy

An “adventure therapy” group that normally caters to children is extending its services to companies and employees again this year.

Power to Play Corporate Challenge takes workers out of there element and into obstacle course race. The big bonus: the chance to “toss the boss” off a bridge.

Teams from Greater Victoria companies can register – 25 spots are available – then raise money that goes toward Power to Be Adventure Therapy Society.

The 25 teams of four people head to the race course at Vancouver Island Technology Park on May 15.

The goal is to raise $100,000 this year for the society, which helps children with disabilities, diseases and high-risk lives overcome the challenges of their lives by participating in outdoor activities.
