She’s savvy, she’s sassy and she’s going to kick off the Comox Valley Women’s Business Network membership year Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
Kim Duke, international sales expert and founder of Sales Divas, is this month’s keynote speaker and will share her tips for helping women — and men — to kickstart their sales.
“We are so lucky to once again have Kim Duke come and speak to our members,” says Tara Laderoute, president of the WBN. “This is a woman with an international career and millions of dollars in sales behind her.
“She’s addressed major American and Canadian chains and even the National Basketball Association. Our members learned so much from her last visit, and we are really looking forward to this one.
“And because Kim Duke is such a high-calibre speaker, we want as many people as possible in the Comox Valley to have the chance to hear her. We are opening Kim’s talk up to anyone who wants to attend.”
Duke is CEO of Sales Divas (www.salesdivas.com). She’s an international sales expert who provides savvy, sassy sales training for women in sales.
Her extensive sales background was based in the media — 15 years working with two of Canada’s largest national television networks in sales and management.
Now Kim is a successful entrepreneur – providing training for companies and conferences internationally. She has presented for organizations such as the US Business Administration, the NBA, major Canadian and American franchises as well as women in business conferences around the world.
She’s an author and speaker who’s had numerous interviews for international television, radio and print. Kim is a national magazine columnist and 20,000 female entrepreneurs from 54 countries around the world eagerly await her sales tips each week.
Kim was recently in the TOP 200 iTunes podcasts worldwide.
