Scotiabank supports MS Walk

Fundraiser for MS Society of Canada takes place in Surrey on April 28.

Bear Creek Park is once again the start/finish location for the Surrey Scotiabank MS Walk, which takes place on Sunday, April 28.

Check-in time is 8 a.m., with a start time of 10 a.m. Three loops take walkers on a three-kilometre route, a five-km route, or a 6.5-km route around the park.

Upon returning to Bear Creek Pavilion, walkers can enjoy snacks and refreshments, music, family-friendly activities and great company.

Bring wheelchairs, scooters or strollers. This route is accessible to everyone. Bear Creek Park is located at King George Boulevard and 88 Avenue.

Scotiabank branch 152 Street and Highway 10 recently launched its fundraising campaign for the walk, donating more than $37,000 to the cause.

For more information about the walk or to register, visit Surrey Scotiabank MS Walk.
