BILLIE Jean Belcher from Stewart was the grand prize draw winner at this year’s Business Expo hosted by the Terrace and District Chamber of Commerce.
The grand prize was a backyard makeover valued at $1,500.
Belcher’s name was chosen out of 3,300 adult ballots entered into the draw.
Terrace and District Chamber of Commerce president Janice Shaben was on hand to congratulate Belcher.
A Havana 10×10 Screened Gazebo, a Sedona Patio Table with four chairs and an umbrella with stand, two Sedona lounge chairs, a Collingwood firebowl and a Master Chef E480 Propane BBQ made up the prize package.
