The idea of downsizing to a smaller home, like a condo, and what to do with all the family heirlooms and furniture can be daunting to think about.
That’s why local development company Marcon is hosting a free seminar on downsizing on Saturday, May 4 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at Cornerstone Sales Centre patio #103-5655 210A Street.
Marcon has brought in Mary Anne Pick, founder of Wings Of Change to help people get through the challenges of downsizing, showing them how to transform the anxiety of it into a liberating and joyful adventure.
As part of this event, Marcon will put on a barbeque and will also be doing a draw for a downsizing package with Mary Anne Pick. There will also be a gardening demonstration on getting your spring potted planters ready. A local realtor is also available for people to talk to.
