Do you wake up in the morning actually looking forward to work?
Unless you answered with a resounding Yes, then it’s time to take stock of your work/life situation.
Making a positive change in your work life is not just possible, it also just got easier for professionals on Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland.
Beth Campbell Duke of CampbellDuke Personal Branding is launching the Work You LOVE program for professional women who dread going to work in the morning.
TRANSFORM Your Work Life is an evening workshop that will address the three biggest mistakes professional women make that keep them dreading going to work in the morning.
“In addition to the normal shifts in personal values and priorities that we all experience as our life situations change, there have been and continue to be significant changes in the world of work itself,” Campbell Duke said. “All of this combines to leave even the smartest and most capable professional women often feeling overwhelmed with their work situation…There are tools that career educators use to help people with these issues, although for many of us it’s been a long time since we might have last been exposed to them in high school or university. It’s a good habit to review our personal and career direction goals on an ongoing basis.”
The Comox Valley workshop is May 30. Tickets are $15 at the door, or free for those who pre-register.
