City crews have been busy installing the final pieces to the centennial fountain in front of Echo Centre. The four pieces to the fountain were sculpted by artist Walt Collins, commissioned by the 2012 centennial committee. At the closing ceremony to the year-long centennial celebration in January 2013, members of the community signed rocks that have since been affixed to the four bowls of the fountain.
