Scott MacInnes, accompanied by pianist Yoomi Kim and UVic student Ethan Hill, opens the High Class Low Brass concert at UVic’s Phillip T. Young Recital Hall on Sunday afternoon. Ticket proceeds went toward a scholarship in memory of UVic music professor Eugene Dowling, who passed away from cancer in July.
