Wizard of Oz held over
The Wizard of Oz has been so popular in Port Alberni that Portal Players Dramatic Society will play one extra performance on Thursday, March 13 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available now at the Capitol Theatre box office on Argyle Street at Fourth Avenue or by calling 250-723-1195.
There are still tickets available for some of the remaining shows, however, the Sunday, March 9 matinee is sold out.
David Gogo at Rainbow Room
After two soldout shows at the Rainbow Room in the, past, blues guitarist David Gogo returns Saturday, March 15 for a show. Tickets are $20 in advance at Rainbow Lanes on Fourth Avenue. Doors open at 8 p.m.
Art Rave books street party
Art Rave returns to South Port for the August long weekend this year. City council has already tentatively approved a street closure around the Port Alberni Train Station for the event.
