The Lakes District Film Appreciation Society (LDFAS) hopes Beacon Theatre will soon have extra insulation and new sidings, as well as a “retro art deco look” for the front of the building.
John Illes, LDFAS President, said LDFAS is currently looking for grants in order to proceed with this project.
