Park your car and hitch a ride to the three-day bluegrass bonanza at the Albion Fairgrounds in Maple Ridge

The inaugural True North Bluegrass Festival takes place at the Albion Fairground in Maple Ridge Aug. 30 to Sept.1.

To help you avoid the hassle of traffic and parking , the True North festival will run a shuttle and van to the Albion Fairgrounds.

Shuttles will run continuously Friday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. as well as Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m.  to 11 p.m. For more information, call the shuttle dispatch line at 604- 220-6729. Pickup locations are at the A&W Restaurant, 11830 228th St. and the Haney bus loop.

The shuttle will also pick up seniors in front of the seniors’ centre at 12150 224 St.; Garibaldi Secondary School; Pitt Meadows West Coast Express Station and Pitt Meadows Family Recreation Centre. Rides on the shuttles will be by donation. Proceeds from the shuttles will be shared with Friends in Need Food Bank and the MS Society.
