The Craig Park Heritage Museum is opening its main building early for a special Brant Wildlife Festival Community Day this Saturday.
The free event will include exhibits and activities for all ages celebrating the natural and cultural histories of people and wildlife in the area.
Coinciding with the activities, the museum’s first art exhibit, Lyndia Terre’s And Then I Stepped Back, will be presented.
The event will also mark the opening of the Nature Trail for self-guided tours. It all happens this Saturday, April 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1245 East Island Hwy.

– April 10: Buds n’ Blooms Botany Walk – April 12: ‘Wild Heritage of an Artist’ with keynote speaker Lyndia Terre.
