Burns Lake photographer Diane Killman stands in front of her favourite piece called ‘Family outing.’ The talented artist displayed some of her work at Lakes District Secondary School during the intermission of the ‘Love.Be.Best.Free.’ – the final performance of the Lakes District Arts Council’s eleventh season. Killman said she uses photography as a means to document the world around her. “My choice of subjects comes from my interest in the beauty of nature,” she said.
