The 75-minute concert takes place on Friday morning, Oct. 11 at 10:30 a.m. at Comox United Church.

Tickets are $24 and can be purchased online at sarahhagen.tickit.ca or reserved by calling416-454-2363.

Born and raised in the Comox Valley, Hagen has been awarded as Artist of the Year by both Ontario Contact (2017) and the BC Touring Council (2015) and has performed twice at Carnegie Hall.

As described by The Guardian (Charlottetown): “…the level of passion that Hagen possesses – when it comes to experiencing, interpreting and expressing art – is something quite extraordinary. It does seem to be this deep level of artistic understanding, and ability to communicate on this level – either through words or through artistic expression – that truly sets her apart as a pianist and musical artist. “
