Clumsy Custard starts Wednesday

The Studio Theatre’s production of the comedy Clumsy Custard Horror Show and Ice Cream Clone Review is a play for the whole family.

The Studio Theatre’s production of the comedy Clumsy Custard Horror Show and Ice Cream Clone Review is a great play for the whole family to enjoy.

The play, written by William Gleason and directed by Sandi Alaric will be on stage Feb. 22 to 25 and Feb 29 and March 1 to 3. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. sharp in the Studio Theatre located at Glendale Elementary School.

Parade of Choirs

 

 

 

The 2012 Parade of Choirs takes place at Cariboo Bethel Church on Sunday, Feb. 26 at 2 p.m.

The choirs featured include Eclectica from 100 Mile House, Cariboo Senior’s Choir, Angelkeys Children’s Choir, Quintet Plus, Willow, and the Cariboo Men’s Choir. Admission is by donation.

The Hough Memorial Society is joining forces with the Cariboo Foundation Hospital Trust to help raise the $700,000 needed to purchase a new digital mammography unit for the hospital. The Cariboo Regional Hospital District is contributing the remaining $300,000.

 

 

 

Used book sale

 

 

 

The Daybreak Rotary Club is hosting its 21st annual Giant Used Book Sale in the upper level of Boitanio Mall Feb. 17 to 25.

Donations can be dropped off at collection bins located at Safeway, Save-on-Foods, Canadian Tire, Boitanio Mall main entrance and at the 150 Mile House Centre.
