Well known country singer, Kenny Hess, will be performing at the Roadhouse Bar and Grill on Dec. 17.
He will be performing mostly country music with some country Christmas tunes thrown in as well.
Hess has been a part of the music industry since the ‘80s when he started a life of making music for a living. He has always been his ability to hold a crowd of any size in the palm of his hand whether it be with his voice, his sense of humour, or his heartfelt songs of life.
He has opened for artists like Dwight Yoakam, Randy Travis, Reba McEntire, Merle Haggard, Charlie Pride, Travis Tritt, the Nitty Gritty Dirt band and many more.
Hess has had a very successful career with several songs reaching the top 40 nationally and 14 critically acclaimed CDs to his credit. He has been nominated for Canadian Country Music Awards, Juno award for country artist of the year, and has won several B.C. country music awards including male vocalist of the year, songwriter of the year, producer and album of the year.
Kenny Hess is at the Roadhouse Bar and Grill, located at 51277 Yale Rd. E. in Rosedale, starting at 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 17.
