The Creston Museum’s perennial favourite afternoon tea is back with a hard times theme. This annual tea has been going for over 20 years, and is so popular that reservations are highly recommended for the event, which takes place Aug. 13.
This year, the theme is Dirty Thirties, and everyone attending is encouraged to show up in their best hobo attire. All of the museum’s staff and volunteers will be dressed up, and serving a light lunch with a short play.
The museum’s team is hard at work making the menu, decorations and other fun surprises, and look forward to seeing guests all dressed up on Aug. 13.
