Now Boarding is the play that will be performed by the Sicamous Amateur Drama Club on Thursday, April 14, Friday, April 15 and Saturday, April 16 at 8 p.m., doors open (7:30), and Sunday April 17 at 2 p.m. (door open at 1:30). Tickets are $5 and available at the Eagle Valley Pharmacy. The location of course is the Red Barn Arts Centre. Don’t miss it.
About the play:
It is the opening day of a brand new terminal at the Gooberville Airport. The excitement runs high at Gate 22. It is all new to the security agent, played by Alf Bryan, the check-in crew, played by Dawn Hoover and Terry Taronno, as well as the customs agent played by Janice Meisner. No one is really sure how it is all supposed to work.
The unsuspecting passengers, played by Gordon Mackie, Terry Sinton, Else Bryan, Margaret Roberts, Lori Waugh and Fred Busch, have to take it all in stride. The play is written and directed by Carla W. Krens.
Many of you already know what kind of shenanigans these actors can get up to and this time they have outdone themselves. Don’t wait too long to get your tickets.
