Elvis plans to shake the pews

Elvis impersonator Steve Elliot entertaining in 100 Mile House

Elvis impersonator Steve Elliot is coming to 100 Mile House on April 13, with all of the hip-shaking that made the original King of Rock ‘n Roll a legend.

He will perform his gospel concert, His Hand in Mine, at Martin Exeter Hall. The doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the show starts at 7.

“This will be something different for the fans, and a good, energetic show,” says Elliot. “It’s old southern Baptist gospel and the pews will be rocking.”

He describes his repertoire as, “songs everybody can relate to from an era when songs had stories and meaning.”

Tickets are priced at $20 and can be purchased in advance at Donex, Didi’s, 108 Mile Supermarket, or at the door.
