The Ultimate Dish Recipe Contest
You know you’re a good cook, but do you have what it takes to prove you’re a great cook?
Every food-lover has at least one dish they make exceptionally well, so here is your chance! Whether it’s your own recipe or a family favourite, it’s time to enter the Ultimate Dish $1,000 grand prize giveaway.
The winner will receive a private cooking class at Lepp Farm Market for up to eight people with in-house Chef Nick and Market Butcher Jason, where they’ll recreate the winning recipe as well as provide the attendees with numerous other dishes to try.
It’ll be a fun night full of great food, and what’s more, the winner will have the chance to walk away with a $300 shopping spree that night!
Contest participants must be 19 years or older to enter, and there is a maximum of 300 words per recipe and a limit of five entries per person. Include your full name, address and a daytime number. Also, feel free to include an original photo of your meal or you in the kitchen.
By submitting your recipe and photo to The Abbotsford News via email to ultimatedish@abbynews.com you are giving The News permission to publish your name, recipe and photo.
The closing date is Aug. 30, so there is still plenty of time to win the $1,000 grand prize of private cooking lesson for you and seven friends and a shopping spree at Lepp Farm Market.
Twelve finalists will be selected by a judging panel, and News readers will choose the winning recipe, which will be announced prior to Dec. 31. To enter, send your recipe to ultimatedish@abbynews.com.
