The Shuswap Lake Festival of the Arts is now good to go for this year’s art show and sale.
The board has been looking for a new president and treasurer in order to proceed with plans for the July event and was fortunate to have Chris George, an active community member of Notch Hill, step forward to volunteer for the president’s position.
Confidence that a treasurer will be found allowed the board to decide to go ahead with the festival, which will run from July 12 to 20.
