Five artists speak about a work that has inspired them

Inspiration comes from seeing works of art in real life.

The Kelowna Art Gallery invites you, on Saturday, April 6 from 1 to 3 p.m. for an engaging series of Quick Talks by five artists.

Each artist will speak for 10 minutes about their experience with a work of art that they have seen in real life which has inspired them and fed into their work. An image of the work will be projected during their talk.

The event features Bill Rodgers, Jordan Broadworth, Jane Everett, Crystal Przybille and John Hall.

The panel will be moderated by the Kelowna Art Gallery curator Liz Wylie.

Visiting artists Bill Rodgers and Jordan Broadworth, here for the openings of their solo exhibitions, will take part in the quick talks with the local artists. Their new exhibitions at the Kelowna Art Gallery will be available for viewing.

This event is FREE and open to the public.
