There is a workshop and concert with The Foghorn Stringband this weekend hosted by the Beatons.
The concert is Saturday, Dec. 3 at 7:30 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.) at the Qualicum Community Baptist Church (600 Beach Rd.).
Tickets are $25 for the concert and are available at Diva’s Kandy and Kakes in Qualicum Beach and at the door.
The workshop is Sunday, Dec. 4 at 10:30 a.m. at the Beatons home. The workshop includes fiddle, voice, guitar/mandolin workshops. Tickets are $30.
