By the Arrow Lakes Arts Council
On Friday, Feb. 21, the Arrow Lakes Arts Council is bringing back Foothills Brass. This brass quintet has become one of our favourite ensembles that has performed at the Bonnington Arts Centre as part of our concert series.
Foothills Brass is celebrating more than 30 years of entertaining audiences. The quintet leaves its stamp everywhere they go. Founded in 1981, Foothills Brass is composed of five versatile musicians from across North America. They are made up of two trumpets, one French horn, one trombone and one tuba.
This superb Canadian quintet is dedicated to exceptional artistic presentation, meaningful educational activities and innovative leadership in the artistic community.
Come join us on Friday, Feb. 21, for an exciting evening of the Sound of Brass, at the Bonnington Arts Centre. The ALAC thanks Margo’s Sunnyhills Lodging for hosting this concert. The doors open at 7 p.m. and the concert starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available at Bon Marche/Dollar Store until Friday afternoon.
