Langley Players’ winter production of For Better will be held over for three additional performances on Feb. 24, 25, and 26.

In this contemporary comedy by Eric Coble about a dual career couple planning their marriage in the hi-tech age, the characters communicate on the fly using all the latest electronic gadgets, from airports and hotel rooms around the globe, but will the key guests ever be in the same city at the same time?

Director Angela Bell is overwhelmed by audience response to the show.

“People are laughing so hard it can be heard from outside the building, and many patrons have said they will definitely tell their friends,” she said.

“From the way reservations are flowing in, I believe they are doing just that.”  For Better is showing at the Langley Playhouse, 4307 200 St. with an 8 p.m. start. Tickets are $15. Call 604-534-7469 or email reservations@langleyplayers.com. Go to www.langleyplayers.com for more.
