Ventriloquist Norma McKnight and ‘Norbert’ entertained the crowd at the the Fleetwood Festival on the weekend.
The 15th-annual Sept. 7 event took place on 84 Avenue near 159 Street and included crafts for kids, face painting, workshops, performers.
