Silver Star Mountain Resort witnessed a powerful performance in the village centre at Friday morning from the Piping Hot Summer Drummers and Highland Dancers.
For the 24th year in a row, more than 160 people of all ages flew to the Okanagan from all over the world, including New Zealand, Scotland, Australia and the U.S., for the Piping Hot Summer Drummers and Highland Dancers. The performers consist of bagpipers, drummers and highland dancers.

The group recently travelled to Penticton for the Scottish Festival, and attended the Highland Games in Kamloops Saturday before returning to Silver Star Mountain Resort.
Their final performance for the year is open to the public and will be in the village centre at 10 a.m. Friday, July 14.
