The deadline to get nominations in for a deserving Thompson-Okanagan artist is soon approaching.
The Okanagan Arts Awards, now in its sixth year, recognizes artists for their outstanding achievement in various categories, from visual art to dance, arts educator, supporter, lifetime achievement and more.
Nominations are open to all ages, and to anyone who resides from Kamloops to the Nicola Valley, Princeton to Osoyoos, and through to Revelstoke.
Hosted by the Arts Council of the Central Okanagan, nominations and packages are due on Jan. 11, and the awards presentation will take place March 2 in Kelowna.
