The artwork that is currently adorning the walls in Studio 64 will be put up for auction at the Fall Concert Series 2018. All proceeds will go to the Live@Studio64 committee and will help enhance the Live@Studio64 concert series experience. Kimberley Nature Park hikes

Friday, June 22 at 6 pm – “Poetry in the Park” with Helen Robertson (778 484-1998) and Shinobu Murata for Haiku 101. Meet at Swan Avenue for 3-hour hike with poetry stops. Bring your favorite poem to share, also pen and paper.

Saturday July 7, 14, 21, 28 at 9 am – “Gateway to Nature Hike” with various leaders including Flo Brokop (250 427-2019) All Saturdays in July. Meet at Riverside Campground Entrance for 2.5-hour moderate guided interpretive hike. Bring water and snack.

Sunday July 8 at 10 am – “Hike for Young Families” with Sherrin Perrouault (250 427-2694) Get the kids into the Nature Park and enjoy an easy 2 hour walk to Eimer’s Lake and back. Children must be accompanied by a parent. Meet at the Higgins Street entrance. Bring water and snack.

Saturday July 14 at 9 am – “Into the Tora Bora” with Struan Robertson (250 427-5048) Meet at Matthew Creek turn off, (6.8km) on St. Mary’s Lake Road and carpool to HBV for a 3-hour hike in the mysterious Tora Bora Valley. Bring water and snack.

Award-winning Canadian vocalist-songwriter Melody Diachun and her band are set to perform in Cranbrook at The Stage Door on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. The show is the first BC date of their Get Back to the Groove Tour 2018, which simultaneously marks both the release of a new recording and the launch of a new label.

The campaign for new seats for the theatre at Centre 64 has started. The committee is very planning ways to accomplish supplying 125 new seats for the theatre. The first event is Saturday June 30th a Garage Sale at Centre 64 9-1 pm. Kimberley Bed Race

This event has been growing in the past couple of years and proceeds from team registrations and the bedpan pocket change collection will all go to the Take A Seat Campaign. This is a fun event where teams of five (5) race down Deer Park Ave in elimination heats to claim some amazing prizes and the title of Kimberley Bed Race winner on our custom trophy.
