Langley couple’s wedding blooper to be featured on AFV

Amie Edmonson got word from the producers of America's Funniest Home Videos that her clip will air this Sunday at 7 p.m.

A wedding blooper featuring a Langley resident’s five-year-old son is getting international attention.

This Sunday (Feb. 14) Amie Edmondson’s comical clip from her wedding in July is being aired on America’s Funniest Home Videos at 7 p.m. on ABC.

She describes her son as simply “doing something comical” in the video, and says the Valentine’s Day episode is very fitting for their wedding day blooper.

“When we were pronounced husband and wife, it was time for ‘the kiss.’ The video shows the kiss, and you hear a little boy’s voice yell out ‘EEEWWWW GROSS!!’ [sic]” Edmondson wrote in an email to The Times.

“Well, needless to say, the entire place erupts with laughter and the camera pans to his little face.

“I’m not shocked he stole the show. He is the little comedian in our household (also the youngest).”

The clip could also be featured on youtube.com/AFVOfficial or facebook.com/AFV following Sunday’s episode.
