Live Rust to perform outdoor concert in Mission

Twilight Concert series returns to Fraser River Heritage Park on Friday, July 27

The Envision Financial Twilight Concert series returns to Fraser River Heritage Park on Friday, July 27 with the music of Live Rust at 7 p.m.

This four-piece band is renowned for playing some of Neil Young’s greatest hits spanning 40 years of incredible music.

Touring throughout Canada, the band has received stellar reviews. People report that they have a “near-perfect delivery” that wows the crowds.

Canadian icon Neil Young’s music is perfect for the park and a hot summer evening.

On Aug. 1, Knudson and Connaughton take to the stage.

Caden Knudson and Aaron Connaughton are the accountant and trucker acoustic folk duo playing intricate fingerstyle guitar accompanied by driving double bass, tied together with smooth harmonies.

They delight everyone with the original roots and blues songs about life and loneliness in the Fraser Valley, as well as dancing spiders.

Prepare for an interesting new perspective on traditional styles of music.

This duo has been garnering fans at every stop they make.

The Envision Financial Twilight Concerts run every Wednesday and Friday at 7 p.m. rain or shine.

Bring a blanket, bring a chair, and enjoy a perfect evening in Mission.

All the concerts are free of charge and the Log Cabin Concession is open for refreshments, including popcorn and burgers.
