The band Los Furios will be hosting a going away party fundraiser for an upcoming tour of Mexico.
This will be the fourth time the band will tour the club and festival scene in Mexico.
The group, formed in Maple Ridge with lead singer Kyle Fury and drummer Sean Kight, will be leaving for Mexico on October 13.
Los Furios will be the only Canadian representative at the Non Stop Ska festival in Mexico City, playing alongside big names in the ska/reggae world including the Skatalites from Jamaica, The Selecter from England and Mad Caddies and The Toasters from the United States.
They will also be opening for members of the Ramones while on tour.
The going away party will be taking place on October 8 at The Haney Public House.
Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 9:15 p.m..
Tickets are $10 at the door and includes entry and one beverage before 8 p.m..
Rock/reggae band Space Chimp will be opening the night.
