The Arts Council of the Central Okanagan presents its second annual Mad Hatter: In the Land of Odd art exhibition.
The art exhibition is on view until Feb. 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 368 Industrial Ave. in Kelowna.

The Arts Council of the Central Okanagan is a non-profit organization that is the underlying support for anything and everything that is art.
