Join merchants at the Mall at Piccadilly for the third annual Charity Block Party Saturday, July 23 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This mall neighbourhood block party will provide lots of fun activities for families, while raising money to support the SAFE Society’s Women’s Shelter.
There will be a dunk tank, silent auction, live music outside the main mall entrance, merchant-sponsored activity booths, barbecue, refreshments, children’s games, and face-painting and more family friendly events.
Also, many mall merchants will be collecting donations in their stores during the week leading up to the event to help fill the shelves at the women’s shelter.
“You can help support this great cause by coming down to our Charity Block Party on July 23rd or call to lend a hand at the event,” says marketing director Lynda Stepura.
